Language Proficiency study to be able to stay in Japan

Language Proficiency for Extended Stay in Japan

At our film school, we recognize the importance of language proficiency for a fulfilling and successful experience during your stay in Japan. Japan is a country rich in culture, and the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese enhances not only your daily life but also your professional opportunities.

Connection with the Japan International Institute of Cybernetics Language Department

To ensure our students have the necessary language skills to navigate life in Japan, our programs are intricately connected with the Japan International Institute of Cybernetics Language Department. This collaboration aims to provide a comprehensive language learning experience for our students, aligning with the standards set by the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

Mandatory JLPT Examination Requirement

As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, we require all students to take the JLPT examination. The JLPT is a standardized test that evaluates proficiency in the Japanese language, and passing it is crucial for an extended stay in Japan.

Level 5 (N5) Proficiency and Beyond

The JLPT consists of different levels, with Level 5 (N5) being the easiest. To remain enrolled in our programs and enjoy an extended stay in Japan, passing at least the N5 level is mandatory. This requirement ensures that students have a fundamental understanding of Japanese language basics, enhancing their ability to engage with the local community and fully immerse themselves in the culture.

Commitment to Student Success

We understand that language acquisition is a gradual process, and we are here to support our students every step of the way. Our collaboration with the Japan International Institute of Cybernetics Language Department provides access to high-quality language education resources, including tailored courses to help students achieve and surpass the required proficiency levels.

Important Note: Continuous Proficiency

For students who have enrolled in longer programs, maintaining and advancing language proficiency beyond the initial N5 level is encouraged. The ability to communicate effectively in Japanese not only contributes to a richer cultural experience but also opens doors to deeper connections within the local film industry.

Your Success is Our Priority

At our film school, we believe in setting our students up for success, both academically and culturally. Achieving language proficiency not only fulfills visa requirements but also enriches your overall experience, allowing you to fully embrace the unique opportunities that studying in Japan provides.

Join us on this incredible journey, where language proficiency becomes a key to unlocking the full potential of your time in Japan and in our vibrant filmmaking community.
